The twenty-first century marks the unprecedented rise of artificial intelligence, whose global impact extends far beyond technological innovation. AI influences political stability, security infrastructures, socio-economic development, cognitive psychology, and cultural dynamics, fundamentally transforming the developmental environment of the new generation. The rapid expansion of algorithmic systems creates new opportunities for education, creativity and communication, while simultaneously intensifying ethical risks, digital inequality, psychological dependence, and socio-cultural fragmentation. This article provides an expanded and in-depth analysis of the global issues associated with AI, focusing on its multilevel influence on youth, who represent the first generation to be shaped by continuous interaction with intelligent technologies. Special attention is given to transformations in cognition and behavior, challenges to privacy, shifts in educational practices, transformations of cultural identity, and the emergence of algorithmic governance. The research emphasizes the necessity of constructing human-centered, ethically grounded and internationally coordinated strategies to ensure sustainable coexistence of humanity and artificial intelligence.
