As you know, in December 1995 one of the proud events of the fate of the Turkmen people took place. In other words, in accordance with the resolution of the UN General Assembly, Turkmenistan received the status of neutrality from 185 countries of the world. The Day of Neutrality is an event inscribed in golden letters in the history of the entire Turkmen people. Several years later, on June 3, 2015, 193 UN member states awarded our country a level of permanent neutrality for the second time.
